As we enter a shift in the economy and the real estate sector in particular, I'm reminded of the community of exceptional agents who banded together in the 2007/2008 crisis, shared their knowledge, their network, their resources, and their encouragement to help our industry. Today's market is similar. Professionals who want to thrive need both inner strength and supportive peers/mentors.

If you're receiving this email, then we have probably sat side by side learning from the best in our industry. And we can agree - a "self-made success" is usually a myth. We've rarely (if ever) met a successful agent who did it alone; but we've seen amazing successes who stand on the shoulders of giants -learning with and through others.

Our industry's strength lies in top performers coming together to elevate everyone's skills and mindset. And as I continue to work with buyers/sellers and also coach agents and lead an office, I come across valuable insights to pass on to the community that's given so much to me. My goal here is to curate tips and content that will improve your life and business.

I hope these tips are empowering and encouraging and that you will pass them on and pay them forward-bringing your own amazing insights to our industry. We are better together.
